Sylvee baby boutique has a 14 day policy. If you have not contacted us within 14 days of receiving your purchase unfortunately we cannot offer you a refund or exchange. All returned merchandise must arrive back with us within 14 days after receipt.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in unused condition with all original packaging & tags intact. Items that have discount code applied eligible for EXCHANGE only.
